Management and administrators office

For our company’s account management and administration, we have an automated computer system at our disposal, endowed with proper software and hardware components complying with the business needs. We also have a very good, industrial accounting system to deal with the estimations, the accounting of costs and investments, the materials purchasing and the services, the qualification of the orders and the crosscheck on the costs and incomes.

As time went by, our administrative office got qualifications in order to give the Company information on every issue relevant to the management of the orders, the materials supply, the estimation of the crucial stages, the store and supplies monitoring and any administrative task needed.

Technical office

The in-company technical office is strucured as to carry out all the operating stages, as the office deals with the construction site layout, the safety settings and the operating time. The staff draw up the logbook, the accounting books; they also perform topographic surveys of the building works to accomplish thanks to their thity-year experience in the sector.

They work autonomously, without a technical supervision; they got very good results in the Energy industry. They make use of advanced computer sotfware such as AUTOCAD, Tabulai, SAFETY MANAGEMENT, OFFICE, etc.
 
The external technical advice is entrusted to a teamwork of sector technicians specialized in the project, the construction site management, the construction site safety issues and the technical-administrative control.

Such a teamwork makes use of advanced computer devices endowed with the latest computer system technology.
